Johnnie Walker King George V Angel Chen Limited Edition is a special Lunar New Year release that pairs the prestigious King George V blend with artwork by Chinese fashion designer Angel Chen. The whisky itself is crafted exclusively from distilleries that were operating during the reign of King George V (1910–1936), including rare stocks from the closed Port Ellen and Port Dundas distilleries, alongside mature Highland and Speyside whiskies.

On the nose, it opens with sweet peat smoke, orange zest, raisins, figs, cinnamon, and rich dried fruits. The palate is full-bodied and luxurious, delivering layers of vanilla, honey, dark chocolate, toffee, roasted nuts, and sweet orchard fruits, balanced by warming spice from European oak-matured whiskies. The finish is exceptionally long, evolving into maritime smoke, peppery spice, and lingering dried fruit notes, with Port Ellen's coastal character becoming more pronounced as the whisky fades.
