This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Glera. Only the best grapes were harvested for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Zardetto. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines. Once the wine is finished, the wine is carefully harmonized.

This Prosecco reveals itself in the glass in a brilliantly shimmering platinum yellow color. The bubbles of this sparkling wine shine in the glass with vitality and persistence.
