Collio Friulano

The Schiopetto winery is one of the oldest wineries in the Collio region, which includes terraced vineyards of around 30 hectares. Mario Schiopetto is considered the initiator of the quality revolution in Friuli's white wine sector. The wines of the Schiopetto winery are marketed at the earliest one and a half years after the harvest. The top white wines are flawless in their fragrance, regularly have a uniformly high level and are also capable of ageing.

Outstanding nose, with intense aromas of pear and apricot, barely perceivable the classic almond; further aromas of wildflowers help to give more complexity. The palate is full-bodied, dynamic with an aristocratic balance deriving from an excellent fusion between of its freshness and marine notes, together with its match of aromas to the nose and mouth.
