The Sakurao Distillery was founded in 2017, near the Seto inland sea. It relies on more than a century of expertise gained by producing traditional Japanese spirits. Sakurao is now part of a very limited group of Japanese distilleries able to produce 100% Japanese whiskies as all the malt and grain whiskies used in their blends, is distilled through its stills. Nestled in the heart of the Hiroshima region, Sakurao Distillery relies on the unfailing expertise of its craftsmen and its cutting-edge technology to bring the world the authentic Japanese whiskies in the Togouchi collection.

Togouchi Premium is a refined blend of malt and grain whiskies that contains around 10% malted barley, which gives it lovely browned and nutty notes. Aged in bourbon barrels, Togouchi Premium Japanese whisky will be a great ally as you explore the world of Japanese craftsmanship with elegance and subtlety.

Elegant and bright with walnut and grassy notes, unfolding into a sweet, refined palate of hazelnut, chocolate, honey, and pepper, finishing subtly with warm spices and nutmeg.
