Toscana Rosato

Castello Romitorio is an Italian wine estate situated in Montalcino. The estate is particularly renowned for its Brunello di Montalcino wines produced from the Sangiovese grape variety. The estate takes its name from the nearby castle constructed in the 12th Century, and was purchased by the artist Sandro Chia in 1984. Chia began a series of developments that included the planting of several plots of Sangiovese vines that same year.

Light rose color, by the nose it reveals a sensation of small red fruits like wild cherry and strawberry. On the palate it is smooth with a medium body.
