Lindemans Apple

Brouwerij Lindemans has been a tradition in the beer world for over 200 years. Lindemans brews traditional and sweetened varieties of Lambic based on traditional methods that use natural fermentation.

Lambic beer is made by spontaneous fermentation, carried out without the controlled addition of yeast to the wort. It happens naturally, thanks to the micro-organisms in the air. This exceptional brewing method, which is the oldest in the world requires patience and a unique know-how that Lindemans have mastered at the brewery for almost 200 years.

A fruit beer with a nice balance between the sweetness of red apples, the freshness of green apples and the sour-sweet character of lambic. The first taste is sharp and full-bodied, but then the sweet cider notes give way to a balance between a slightly sweet-sour taste.
