Brouwerij Lindemans has been a tradition in the beer world for over 200 years. Lindemans brews traditional and sweetened varieties of Lambic based on traditional methods that use natural fermentation.

Lambic beer is made by spontaneous fermentation, carried out without the controlled addition of yeast to the wort. It happens naturally, thanks to the micro-organisms in the air. Lindemans Cherry is an easy drinking and intense, tart-sweet cherry lambic fruit beer. Cherries are added to give the beer a pleasant and full fruity sweetness that offsets the sour base before a pleasing and refreshing tart finish.
