Lindemans Cassis

Brouwerij Lindemans has been a tradition in the beer world for over 200 years. Lindemans brews traditional and sweetened varieties of Lambic based on traditional methods that use natural fermentation.

Lambic beer is made by spontaneous fermentation, carried out without the controlled addition of yeast to the wort. It happens naturally, thanks to the micro-organisms in the air. This exceptional brewing method, which is the oldest in the world requires patience and a unique know-how that Lindemans have mastered at the brewery for almost 200 years.

The blackcurrant aromas prevail over all the other scents. It tastes very sweet on the palate with a good acidity and a bold taste of blackcurrants, resulting in a dry woody note.
