Pio Cesare Vermouth Rosso

Since the beginning of Pio Cesare history, family have been producing limited quantities of Vermouth, meticulously following Family Recipe conveyed by Great Grandfather.

In addition to absinth which is essential for the preparation of this Vermouth, Pio Cesare uses a mixture of 26 aromatic herbs such as marjoram leaves, gentian roots, orange zest and others, which all together compose family recipe. Blend of different Pio Cesare white wines were added on the end, including Moscato d’Asti.
