Cascina Vèngore is a natural amphitheater in the heart of DOCG Terre Alfieri in Piemonte, representing the ideal synthesis of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato. A realm of biodiversity with 100% organic cultivation, which embraces 26 hectares in one single plot around a traditional Piedmontese farmhouse.

One of the most typical and prestigious Italian aromatized wines, born in Piedmont. We make this wine in accordance with Piedmontese tradition, using only organic ingredients. The base of this Vermouth is the organic Sanromè Terre Alfieri Arneis, flavored with a perfect balance of medicinal herbs, spices and natural botanicals that enhance its complexity and elegance.

Intense and enveloping aromas emerge on the nose, with notes of absinthe, cinchona, artemia, caramel, candied citrus fruits and light nuances of sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate it is soft, velvety and persistent, with a harmonious balance between the natural sweetness of the wine and the bitter notes of the herbs.

Serve at temperature between 12°C and 14°C to appreciate its aromatic richness. With ice and an orange peel for a refined aperitif. Or as a base for classic and modern cocktails like the Manhattan, adding depth and character.
